My Lift Won't Work (Performance System)
Check the system for proper setup

Press "BATT" on the battery pack, are there any bars that light up?

No,
- Your battery may be completely drained, charge the battery.
- Or your battery could be dead, you need a replacement.
Yes,
- Your battery has charge, go to next step.

Is the control box turned on? Is the red button in the popped-out position?

No,
- Twist the red button clock-wise to pop out the red button. The lift WILL NOT work with the button in the pushed-in position.
Yes,
- The control box is turned on, go to the next step.

Turn on the control box, did the battery indicator and a green light appear on the control box

No,
- Make sure the battery is properly inserted into the control box. The latch on the back of the battery should be securely hooked onto the control box. (see picture 1 for reference)
- Battery may be completely drained, charge the battery,
- Check the voltage of the battery (see picture 2 below). The battery could be dead, replace it.
- If there is a green light but no battery indicator on the control box, then this is a defective control box.This also applies if there is no green light that appears.

Check is actuator/hand control properly connected?
No,
- The plug needs to be properly connected as shown above
- Make sure you match the plug with the right port by their labels.
Yes,
- Go to the next step.
Battery and Charger

Plug the charger into the control box with the battery removed. Did the battery indicator show up on the screen?

No,
- The Control box is defective and needs to be replaced.
Yes,
- The charging unit is working. Go to the next step

Plug the charger into the control box. Is the battery indicator on the screen blinking?
